I am now a certified yoga teacher listed in the Yoga Alliance and also specialize in chair yoga under the Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga certification program. I hope you enjoy this practical addition to the more esoteric focus of my past. I have not erased these gifts but will include or add them to my most recent emphasis on mechanical and disciplined applications to healing the body. Channeling Images of Aliens

Is it any wonder that while the Prime Minister of Canada has offered full disclosure on four countem' four kinds of aliens, and that we know we are being observed by the NSA in our communications, that I have been channeling images of aliens? Saint Michael and the Archangels are responsible for the delivery of this communication...as are the Ascended Masters. We all feel  and sense this.

 I am channeling a book on energetic causes of lyme and have already "seen" two kinds of aliens responsible for just this disease, and they follow a chain of command much like the angels and archangels follow a chain of command under God. It is a somewhat gruesome and grotesque kind of work, but I am up for the challenge.

The door has blown open my friends! It's time to be aware and wake up to your own responsibility for what's happening in your own body and on this planet! Be on it! Drink plenty of clean pure spring water! Avoid iodine in any form at this time! Stay away from authority figures and ask for protections from Saint Michael and/or surround yourself with blue light!

Preventing Desertification

Usually you can tell from looking at someone's face, or their posture, if they are following at least part of life's calling.

Obviously, most people are not. If they were, the earth would not be in a downward spiral of destruction and desertification.

The denuding of the landscape comes from unsustainable choices. Choices made from following the divine blueprint are life-sustaining, enriching, polishing, uplifting. Simply Divine.

I could go into economic, political and environmental influences (such as Monsanto, GMO, capitalization of water resources, etc.) but I won't. The choice can be personal.

Make a life-sustaining choice.

As an empath I sometimes can read emotions or thought forms, intentions and attitudes by way of different feelings in my body. Sometimes this feels quite odd!

My spirit guides tell me that this used to be the modus operandi many thousands of years ago, while human beings were still developing language skills and did not yet know how to form letter and words and how to write. They sensed thoughts and feelings from each other and from other animals and could read each other fairly easily; there was no artificial devise in place to block the delivery of information. They used these skills to hunt and survive, to attack or to run.

Over time, this capacity was lost. Words substituted for feelings and people learned how to create a facade behind these words, found in language and writing. The capability to know another's true intentions became more and more obscure. Contracts were created first with bodily contact (blood, salt, handshake, or the like), and then were replaced by written words on paper or scroll, and then had to be drawn out by highly-paid lawyers! We distanced ourselves further and further from the truth and from real honesty, and, avoided human integrity.

Animals (the non-human ones) of course sense what we are thinking and so there is no lying to them.

I proposed that in the coming few years, even months, that many will develop empathic and intuitive skills to deal with the earth's changes. Those who don't, may not make it. The Cold War on Whales: Effects of Capitalism

Saint Raphael channels through me to direct me on what I can do to help change planetary frequencies to assist marine animals. Marine animals, in particular at this moment the Great Blue Whale, are being affected by large scale commercial fishing enterprises. The oil spill off the coast of Louisiana had a terrible impact on these mammals many miles from this location. The Caribbean is becoming like a swamp in some areas, especially around the islands southeast off the coast of Florida.

At 4:00 pm, today this particular area needs to be surrounded with the image of blue light and Saint Michael. White opal in particular can be used to help the Great Blue Whale, especially in seeing after dark (see http://www.ultimatecrystal.com/122/white-healing-crystals-what-are-they-used-for).

The land mass turtle continent is most adversely effecting these mammals in the Midwest from intensive agriculture. The channeled message indicated that what is happening in the Midwestern agricultural belt from Southwest Iowa to Eastern Nebraska is causing organs to collapse in these animals.Intensive grazing from hogs and other animals will eventually cause desertification in these areas.

I envision an orange (Saint Raphael) cream-cicle being eaten and enjoyed by the land mass here to heal it and in turn help these mammals.

This entire area needs to be scrubbed clean of toxins.

She-Wolf Rising

Darkness fades on
her own blood-stained skin
Her body is limp, exposed to the wind
She lies down her hips, paws curled in submission

The She-wolf’s fur lifts itself

On Treading the Tiger's Tail: The Lake in Number Ten Hexagram

In divination, Hexagram Ten shows:

Who is the Tiger here? I asked spirit, and s/he said, "The Tiger is you. But it she is also in the people you are asking favor from. What have they to gain, or receive, from you? Perhaps they perceive something negative (that you are stepping on their tail)." I find from my own experience, when other people perceive Tiger in you (and in my case, although I am a gentle sort, still have Tiger's lash-out temper at times), they may construct a defensive sort of tiger based on their projections of competing with them. Although I feel it is really a shame because I feel I am coming from a sincere place of wanting to give my energy, that is my problem! 

Plenty Reflecting

Going more than a dozen times around this same wheel with the same result, I find Tigers around me reflecting/projecting my deep insecurities, and that maybe I should be not asking for anything at all, or, come purely from the heart of giving, and asking for nothing in return--at all. It usually means giving money. But I am sure it's even more than that. I just don't know what, yet!

New Service for Animals

A farm where a favorite horse lives, wine country, California.
The horse on this farm saved a disabled woman's life.

In delicate situations, I offer post-traumatic energy work to pets, farm animals, and the wild, for donation. I also offer energy work when surgery is the last option, when post-op recovery is necessary.

Please do know that animals are extremely sensitive to this kind of work, and often sacrifice their lives for us when we are unhappy. It is the nature of their generosity.

As I have witnessed, an animal will respond immediately to substances placed outside the body and to thought forms of any kind. So please do be careful if trying this yourself. Always ask, "Is it for the highest good?", "Do I have permission?", "What do I have permission to do, exactly?".

In search of Teasel

Although it (the anti-lyme herb) is considered invasive, I can't find it anywhere in the Warwick area. So I have been in contact with Tweefontaine herb farm  in New Paltz. As spirit had told me, upon confirmation it doesn't kill the lyme, but coaxes it out of hiding so you can go after it. Will do a complete meditation on the herb (and flower essence) and tell you more about it later. Up on the list for channeling: grapefruit seed, capsiacin and menthol (external); heavy metals and how they dupe lyme into targetting the joints; how mercury fakes out lyme disease through injections (such as the one I had last fall), and how energetic cords and discarnate entities contribute to lyme.

Touched by a Rat

My goal was to have the living room completely clean and organized as a gift for my sister on her birthday. One darkened corner of the living room was particularly disgusting, which I chose to attack last, due to fact that unwanted houseguests had invaded during a long vacation when the house had been empty. (Some had two legs--the others, which followed--had four.)

So with a mask to cover my nose and willing hands, I set to work. I swept up large rodent droppings. I pulled out dust bunnies. I consolidated old pieces of cardboard, dated circulars, and wrapping paper. I then stared down at that creepy old cream-colored baby carriage, which had been stuffed with every un-necessary piece of junk imaginable. I was particularly put off by it because of the amazing diversity of crap in it--fabric scraps, clothing patterns, and bent plastic flower arrangements, among other things. I had to conjure up a certain degree of courage to attend to it. I dove right in, attacking layer after layer of difficult-to-reason-with clutter.

Then suddenly, my nose unexpectedly picked up an offensive odor. I passed it off and kept digging. There it was: The remains of a dead rat, perfectly in tact save for its flesh, perfectly laid across a miniature wooden rocking cradle. The wavy hair on it was so shiny, it glistened. "Like golden fleece," I thought. The small skull and coarse tail belied its gleaming costume. Just underneath the cradle was a large doll with rolling blue eyes and long auburn hair, covered in its droppings.

How gross, yet how moving.

Now you see, I don’t have an attraction to the macabre. I tend to avoid it at all cost. It had been clear that the rat was poisoned. But the tale the rat told was profound. In its last hours, the rat had gone to the most nurturing place it could find on the planet. And no question that it has been in pain. This really, truly bothered me. Poison was the preferred method of extermination for household invaders, and luckily two human females kept it from happening since I had moved in. You can guess who the second female was.

But the strange thing is, this rat hadn’t chosen a ratsy, nesty, dirty old corner behind some old shelving units or floorboards to die in. It went to the sweetest place of nurturing humanly imaginable. The wooden cradle was most likely a collectible, and it had probably been in a child’s hands, as had the doll, as had the baby carriage…all soaked with human sweat, salt, and body oils.

Well, there you have it. Although the rat’s life had clearly been forsaken by humans, it chose the most nurturing, loving symbols of humanity to expire in. That is how much animals love us.
