I offer yoga instruction, aura readings, and clear the energy of the body. Interested in advocating for all spirits: animal, plant, forest, ocean and human. Past Equinox
It's after the long days of summer now, and I hope to keep the asthma under control as the weather gets colder. I've got yoga and pranic breathing on my mind.
